By accessing or using StoreRoot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

StoreRoot is a simple storefront builder that allows sellers to create a shareable product page and receive orders via WhatsApp. We do not process payments, manage deliveries, or act as an intermediary between buyers and sellers.

Sellers are solely responsible for:

• Providing accurate and up-to-date product information
• Handling customer communication and order fulfillment
• Complying with applicable local laws and regulations

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

We collect and store only the minimal data required to operate the service. Store content (products, images, descriptions) is managed by the seller. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.

At this stage, StoreRoot does not include:

• No subscriptions
• No in-app purchases
• No payment processing

Future updates may introduce paid features. Any such changes will be clearly communicated and reflected in updated terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for illegal or unauthorized activities
• Upload harmful, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the system

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the service if these terms are violated or misuse is detected.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee business outcomes, sales, or customer engagement. We are not responsible for interactions or transactions between sellers and customers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoreRoot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of business, revenue, or data.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
