StoreRoot is designed to be simple and privacy-friendly. We collect only the minimum data required to provide the service.

We may collect:

• Account information (email, user ID)
• Store details (name, description, logo)
• Product information (images, price, details)

We do not collect payment information.

We use your data to:

• Provide and maintain the service
• Display your store and products
• Improve performance and user experience

Customers who visit your store:

• Do not need to create an account
• Are redirected to WhatsApp to place orders

We do not store customer conversations or order messages.

Orders are placed via WhatsApp using a pre-filled message. StoreRoot does not control or store WhatsApp conversations. Please refer to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy for details.

Your data is securely stored using Supabase (database and storage). We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties, except when required by law or to comply with legal obligations.

We may use local storage or caching to improve performance (e.g., faster product loading). We do not use tracking cookies.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within a reasonable timeframe.

This service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated policy.
